On The Way To A Healthy Me

Aging is no fun. But it doesn't have to be that way does it? For the past 3 years I have struggled with unwanted weight gain. I can tell my body has slowed down. I've tried to diet and exercise but have not been successful...ever! I am not a happy camper in this body that has become so foreign to me.

As I get older I realize that I can't handle a lot of change at one time, so my goal is to start slow. My short-term goal is to lose 5 pounds by the end of August. My long-term goal is to lose 20 pounds by the end of November. I want to exercise 30 minutes at least 3 days a week at the beginning, but work up to 45 minutes 5 days a week.
