First days are always great for me if I've made up my mind to start a diet plan. However, 2nd days are much harder. Drinking water today was a greater chore to get all my cups down. This is the day that I usually fail and give up. Knowing I am accountable to this blog is helping me to stay focused and "just do it". YAY...7 cups down!
When I said that I would start slow...I really meant it. The rest of this week I will work hard to focus on my water intake and remind myself that it's good for me and will help me feel better and healthier :)

I like the "start slow" idea. Yesterday, I had pizza on my weekly date with Dan -- how much did I have? Ask me no questions I'll tell you no lies. :-) BUT, I did follow your plan of drinking only water (no pizza and pop!) and it made me feel that I was doing something right on the weight loss front. You are already inspiring little ol' me... there may be a career ahead of you, girl, in life coaching!!!
ReplyDeleteMay, I am inspired because you are inspired. Way to go. I had pizza last night too, but I drank 700 ml of water with it. I felt like I did something right too. Keep up with the water drinking.
